El SERFOR del Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego es la Autoridad Nacional Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre del Perú y el ente rector del Sistema Nacional de Gestión Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre (SINAFOR). Fue creado con la Ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre (Ley N° 29763) e inició funciones el 26 de julio de 2014.
