WiConnect: where citizens, governments and business come together
The IDB group has created the WiConnect platform to connect the work carried by civil society organizations (CSO), government and private sector within all the sectors that impact development in the region. This geo-referenced platform not only allows to know “who does what, where, and how” in any location, but gives visibility and connects them with external donors, investors and/or partners, specialists and peers interested in their region and sector. WiConnect searches to ensure sustainability of projects in the region through this space for citizen engagement, as an engine for innovation.
