How do you make sure you are doing things right?
We continuously monitor, train and coach our agents to ensure best results. Our AI-enhanced platform allows us to audit 100% of calls in real-time, permitting us to track agent performance, identify knowledge gaps, and coach towards improvements. While our data analytic tools allow us to measure and report KPIs & overall contact center performance.
What are the social and environmental commitments you adhere to?
We believe the best way to make an impact is at the community level. Through our 4Ys Foundation, a separately incorporated, private foundation entirely funded by the company, we provide opportunities for clients/partners/employees to give back in socially responsible ways, focusing on 4 key areas of Sports, Education, Innovation & the Environment.
