Es una asociación Civil constituido el año 2012 formada por profesionales en las áreas de meteorología, ambiente, educación y desarrollo de software, creada para difundir y promover cultura meteorológica en la sociedad así como responder a las crecientes necesidades de generación de información meteorológica y asesoramiento agroclimático de Perú y Latinoamérica.
