The organisation became locally Registered Charity No: 1133 on January 7, 2015, under the Charities Act, Cap 243 Laws of Barbados. Our membership is comprised of local firefighters and members of the general public.

¿Qué han alcanzado hasta ahora y cuáles son los próximos pasos?
On December 15, 2017 our charity adopted the St. Ambrose Primary School. Our goal is to assist the Staff and students of St. Ambrose Primary where ever we can. Our charity is also committed to the preservation of life and property. Helping our communities to identify potential risks is accomplished through our Risk Reduction Campaign. This is executed by conducting periodic community visits, the production, and distribution of public safety literature and dissemination via social media.

We are committed to raising awareness and sharing best practices for Community Risk Reduction and Disaster Preparedness. We are working with the Department of Emergency Management to provide preparedness training for community groups.
¿Cómo se identifican los miembros de tu organización?
Our organisation is diverse we have teenagers, adults also men and women of black and caucasian race. We do not ask our volunteers about their sexual orientation, if they want to share they can but we do not restrict persons desirous of volunteering based on sexual orientation.
