We will discuss concrete examples on how this shift can happen through a whole-of-government approach to creating enabling environments; alignment of national biodiversity, climate and sectoral frameworks; capacity building; integrating natural asset values into policy and investment decisions; and channeling financial resources toward biodiversity at scale.
